Return Policy
1. Should you wish to return your purchase due to quality defaults please contact our company within 3 days from the date of receipt. You must also provide the outer packaging box and photo of the purchased product. Our company will arrange a replacement of the purchased item after it is verified that the product is not caused by mishandling and or improper use.
2. Our company only accepts return requests for reasons related to product quality problems.
3. Should you contact our company after 3 days of receipt, the said purchased product cannot be returned or exchanged.
4. The returned product must be unopened, unused, and returned with (if applicable) accessories and instructions.
5. Should your product fail to be delivered and is returned to us, our company will rearrange delivery but the delivery fee shall be borne by the recipient.
6. The product pictures on our website are for reference, and the visuals of the actual product shall prevail.
7. In the event of any dispute, Cha Cha Beauty reserves the right of final decision.
